This is the best way to identify what you can improve in your relationship and work. Some of the successful people rejects feedback, because, they afraid of negative feedback. Write down all the comments about you from your friends, peers, family members etc., in a single day. At the end of the day review it and understand how many of them are positive and how many are negative. You can observe the sequence of those comments . Normally, we observe all the time, however, we do not observe with a purpose. Observe all the comments with a purpose and understand how to change yourself. This is the beginning of feedback.
Secondly, suppose you enter a room with full of people. While entering, you should observe the responses of those sitting in that room.
Do they smile at you?
Do they wave at you?
Do they pull up a chair and sit besides you?
If, above 50 percentage of people in that room shows negative responses, then , we should think to work upon us seriously to fix our problems.
Third exercise is sentence completion technique. Pick up a statement that you want to better at. Complete that sentence by adding positive benefits along with it. Repeat that exercise until we dig out the real meaning of the betterment.
